Series continues with former CBS correspondent

Retired journalist and Cape May County resident Jack Walters will be the guest speaker at NAS Wildwood’s Free Lecture Series on June 10, 7 p.m.
Walters was a colleague of Edward R. Murrow at CBS, reporter for Armed Forces Radio during WWII, bureau chief for Radio Free Europe and The Stars and Stripes.
He also served as producer for ABC’s “Eyewitness News” and instructor of journalism for the University of Minnesota, Brooklyn College, and The New School University.
More recently, Mr. Walters’s literary talents were documented in his books of poetry with titles including; “Saigon” and “Higbee Beach.”
