Seniors Surfing the Net

The Lower Township Recreation Center started a new partnership with the Business Technology students from Lower Cape May Regional recently at the Millman Center in the Villas. Mrs. Bispels, Business teacher in conjunction with Mr. Ridgway and Mitchell Plenn of the Recreation Department have set up a curriculum for Senior Citizens to learn computer technology at the Millman Center. The program will run on Wednesday mornings and interested seniors can contact the Recreation Center for more information. The Students from the High School showed the Senior Group how to set up Email accounts, work with Spreadsheets, Surf the Internet, and basic functions of the Windows Operating Systems.
