Woodbine Elementary School 2012-2013 Registration

WOODBINE – Registration for Woodbine Elementary School 2012-2013 Preschool and Kindergarten will take place on Wed., April 25, 2012 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Preschool (3 year old program) children must be 3 years old on or before 10/01/2012.
Preschool (4 year old program) children must be 4 years old on or before 10/01/2012.
Kindergarten children must be 5 years old on or before 10/01/2012.
The following are requested at registration:
-Child’s birth certificate
-Child’s updated immunization record
-Proof of residence – This means a deed, mortgage payment, property tax bill, driver’s license, utility bills, lease, or notarized letter. The parent or guardian name must be on the documents.

Parents who suspect their preschool age child may have special needs can get help from the District Child Study Team. We have organized a Child Find Campaign to locate and provide services for those children ages 3 to 5 who may have physical, mental, language or emotional difficulties. Information may be obtained on how and where to obtain these services for special children birth to five years old. Screening professional guidance, speech language interventions and an educational program (if needed) are all available free of charge through our Child Study Team.
