Wildwood Crest School District Hires Chief Security Officer

WILDWOOD CREST – Dave DelConte, superintendent of the Wildwood Crest School District, announced the hiring of William Toland as the chief security officer.
Toland is a former chief of police for the Borough of Stone Harbor. Toland has 28 years of police experience including three years with the Wildwood Crest Police Department. 
During his tenure with Stone Harbor, he served as the department’s DARE officer and supervised the department’s Juvenile Division. He has extensive training on juvenile and early childhood issues.
Toland is a lifelong resident of Wildwood Crest. He looks forward to working with the teachers and staff at Crest Memorial School.
