NORTH WILDWOOD — Margaret Mace School’s Summer Enrichment Program in North Wildwood had a visit from Kaitlin Gannon of the Wetlands Institute, Stone Harbor. Students have been studying various species of land, freshwater, and sea turtles, especially the Diamondback Terrapins that reside in our back bay area.
The children had an opportunity to meet Biff, a Box Turtle, Shredder, a Red-Eared Slider, and Helen and Snoop, two Diamondback Terrapins that live at the Institute. They enjoyed feeding these hungry visitors. It was a very interesting and enjoyable experience.
Cape May – Governor Murphy says he doesn't know anything about the drones and doesn't know what they are doing but he does know that they are not dangerous. Does anyone feel better now?
