Cape May County Technical High School 2008 graduate and valedictorian Keely Weinberger is currently featured by the national Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE) website as the student profile for New Jersey.
The ACTE is the largest national education association dedicated to the advancement of education that prepares youth and adults for careers, and the selection as a student profile is a competitive honor to receive.
As a high school senior, and during college Keely was elected to New Jersey FFA state offices, first serving as Secretary, then as the New Jersey State Executive Committee Chair, and this year as Vice President.
This month, eight current students of the Cape May County Technical High School’s FFA Chapter are attending the 83rd National FFA Convention in Indianapolis, Tuesday, October 19th through Friday, October 22nd, joining past graduates at this annual event.
Among the attendees are two recent Cape Tech graduates elected to office in the New Jersey FFA, as well as Tech graduates who were New Jersey FFA officers, and still more Tech grads, all highly successful members of the FFA and college students.
