School Elections Put Budgets, Candidates to the Test

COURT HOUSE — Voters throughout the county will go the polls April 21 at various times to cast ballots on school budgets and school board candidates.
Avalon (5-9 p.m.): For one, three-year term: Dorothy Lynn Schwartz. Budget: $3,018,327.
Cape May (4-9 p.m.): For three, three-year terms: Elizabeth Kelly-Spackman, Joseph McKenna, Mark J. LeMunyon. Budget: $1,483,921.
Cape May (Lower Cape May Regional) (4-9 p.m.): One, three-year term William D. Nelson. Budget: $16,761,633.
Cape May Point (5-9 p.m.): For one, three-year term: Meredith Ann Scott. Budget: $27,620.
Dennis Township (1-9 p.m.): For three, three-year terms: Ann Marie Izzi, Louis W. Capuano, Renee L. Pettit, Dawn McDaniel, Christina M. Jessick. Budget: $7,861,341.
Lower Township (Lower Cape May Regional) (4-9 p.m.): For two, three-year terms: Gary L. Playford, William J. Dunn, Eric S. Coombs Sr., Richard J. Hooyman. Budget: $16,761,633.
Lower Township (4-9 p.m.): For three, three-year terms: Ralph E. Bakley, Paul I. Perk, David S. Chapman. Budget: $13,899,088.
Middle Township (5-9 p.m.): For three, three-year terms: Stephanie Thomas, Andrew Melchiorre, Rosalind M. Jefferson, Barbara J. Wagner, Leon Wagner, Daniel L. Money. Budget: $21,363,384.
North Wildwood (5-9 p.m.): For three, three-year terms: Via Zampiri, Mary Ellen McGovern, Laura Stefankiewicz Budget: $6,194,847.
Ocean City (3-9 p.m.): For three, three-year terms: Donald J. Kerns, Barbara S. Kichline, Peter Madden, Pat Kazanjian, Thomas R. Oves Jr., H. James Bauer. Budget: $20,471,080.
Sea Isle City (4-9 p.m.): For three, three-year terms: Daniel E. Organ, John Birkmeyer Jr., Jodi LaRosa, Antimo Ferrilli, Maria Rosa A. (Vitiello) Crudele, Valerie Egnasko, Budget: $3,196,187.
Stone Harbor (5-9 p.m.): For two, three-year terms: Teresa Hand, Diana Harris. Budget $2,129,907.
Upper Township (2-9 p.m.): For three, three-year terms: Kim Breckley, Frances T. Newman, Christine S. Lentz. For one unexpired one-year term: Lynn Petrozza-Dierolf. Budget: $22,586,624.
West Cape May (4-9 p.m.): For two, three-year terms: Arron Rothwell, Christopher Shriver. Budget: $847,561. (Lower Cape May Regional budget: $16,761,633.)
West Wildwood (5-9 p.m.): For one, three-year term: Donna Howard. Budget: $1,129,476.
