PHOTOS: 5th Grade Middle Township D.A.R.E. Graduation

By Dorothy Sheehan

COURT HOUSE – Middle Township’s 5th grade D.A.R.E. graduation ceremony was held May 29 at the Davies Complex in Goshen.
D.A.R.E. is an acronym for Drug Abuse Resistance Education.
Each 5th grader and their teachers received tee-shirts from the Middle Township Police who volunteer to teach the Drug Abuse Resistance Education course. No monies for the program are taken from the township. The monies for the tee shirts, the supplies, and the celebration for the graduation are all raised from fundraisers the D.A.R.E. police officers hold.
