From 9 – 10 a.m. Dr. Andy Wyenandt- Extension Specialist of Vegetable Pathology will speak on Pesticide Resistance Prevention: New methods and technologies in resistance prevention will be discussed in an easy to understand and useful format.
From 10 -11 a.m. Rick Van Vranken – Agricultural Agent will provide a workshop on Proper Sprayer Calibration & Calculation: Using real-world situations, multiple calculations will be worked through.
From 11 a.m. – 12 noon Jenny Carleo, Agricultural Agent will present on Pesticide Safety & Handling: This class is a refresher and update on working safely with pesticides. It will give you the basic essentials on pesticide safety on and off the farm.
