CAPE MAY – Historic Cold Spring Village’s Education Director, Jim Stephens, presents the distance learning program “An Early American Schoolday” to elementary students in Humphrey and Thedford, Nebraska. The Village’s education programs can be transmitted nationwide via videoconferencing technology and Skype.
