CAPE MAY – Hailey Duran in Ms. Sloan’s 3rd Grade class at Cape May City Elementary School was named the Cape May City Police Department Student of the Month. Hailey received a certificate of recognition. The entire class was rewarded with a pizza party and a chance to chat with local police officers.
