CLERMONT — The Dennis Township School District has announced that it has information available for citizens interested in running for a vacant seat on its school board.
There are three vacancies to be filled in the April 20 school election. Candidates must file a nominating petition with the board of education by 4 p.m. on March 1 to be included on the ballot.
A change of election dates has been proposed in the Legislature and the state School Boards Association will notify local districts if the change is enacted.
