SEA ISLE CITY — Advance Test Review, the region’s top SAT preparation program, is once again offering its successful Ace the SAT workshop at the Community Lodge in Sea Isle City this summer, with both day and evening classes. This is the 9th year Advance Test Review has been offering its program in Sea Isle City.
Since 1972, Advance Test Review has been helping thousands of Pennsylvania and New Jersey students achieve their personal best on the SAT and get accepted to their first-choice college. They have helped students maximize their scores, financial aid, and career opportunities through expert instruction and personal attention.
This season’s Ace the SAT workshops at the Sea Isle City Community Lodge, located at 300 JFK Boulevard, will run on the following dates and times:
Evening Ace the SAT Workshops:
6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Critical Reading and Writing: July 21; July 22 and July 24
Math Review: July 28; July 29 and July 31
Daytime Ace the SAT Workshops:
10:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m.
Critical Reading and Writing: July 23, through July 25
Math Review: July 30, through Aug. 1
The ACE the SAT Workshop covers all sections of the SAT. Teachers focus on math and verbal questions, and teach students how to develop a persuasive written essay.
The Math Review targets number theory, arithmetic, geometry and algebra. The Critical Reading and Writing review focuses on vocabulary, reading comprehension, grammar, essay writing, and sentence improvement.
Advance will develop personal self-study plans to help students score their personal best. In addition, teachers provide test-busting tips and strategies to help students recognize the time-wasting obstacles embedded within the exam. Often, the ability to overcome these obstacles can make the difference between an average score and a great one.
“We provide all study guides based on the latest exams and offer assistance in preparing college applications and in answering essay questions,” says Advance President Joe Cutuli. “In addition, we also offer private tutoring for those who can most benefit from it.”
