Culinary Class Registration Underway

MAYS LANDING — If you’ve always loved to cook or are ready to make a career change, now is the time to register for fall 2011 classes at the Academy of Culinary Arts at Atlantic Cape Community College. Registration is under way, 9 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday-Friday.
New culinary students should make an appointment to register with Judy DeSalvo, 609-343-5624 or desalvo@atlantic.edu. Registration for returning students is held at the Mays Landing Campus, 5100 Black Horse Pike, Mays Landing. Fall classes begin Aug. 29.
The ACA has been training future chefs since 1981. For more information on the Academy, call 1-800-645 CHEF, e-mail accadmit@atlantic.edu, or visit www.atlantic.edu /aca.
The ACA offers two-year degree programs in Culinary Arts, Food Service Management and Baking & Pastry. Full-time classes meet five hours a day, Monday through Friday, in morning, afternoon or evening sessions. Part-time classes are available also.
