COURT HOUSE – Two students in the Graphic Arts Technology class at Cape May Tech were recognized recently for participation in the Earth Day contest. The contest, sponsored by the county, is held annually to draw attention to the county’s Earth Day Celebration. This year’s theme is “Fragile: Handle With Care”.
Pictured are: Mrs. Patricia Downey, Graphic Arts Technology teacher; Morgan Wheaton from Cape May, 12th grade, 1st place winner; Brittany Sittineri from Belleplain, 10th grade, Honorable Mention. The winning entry appears on the 2011 Earth Day T-shirts and a $75 Savings Bond was awarded.
