Building Healthy Kids Coalition meets

Rutgers Cooperative Extension’s Family and Community Health Sciences Department will host a Building Healthy Kids Coalition breakfast meeting entitled “Building Healthy Kids Begins at Home.”
The meeting will be held on Wednesday, August 26, at 9:30 a.m. at the Rutgers Cooperative Extension meeting room, 355 Court House-So Dennis Rd., Cape May Court House.
We welcome new members.

The Coalition is a committee of professionals interested in the health and wellbeing of children. The initiative focuses on school wellness, strengthening families and improving the health of the community.
Enjoy a nutritious breakfast and program update of the Get Moving Get Healthy New Jersey initiatives, Walk NJ Point to Point and Eat Together Eat Better.
This meeting will feature a discussion on what you can do to influence parents to help their children eat smart and play smart. Plan to participate; input is needed to help translate these important messages to the community. The building is handicap accessible.
Rutgers New Jersey Agricultural Experiment Station Cooperative Extension educational programs are offered to all without regard to race, religion, color, age, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
