COURT HOUSE — Atlantic Cape Community College has partnered with the Ocean City Free Public Library, Ocean City Chamber of Commerce and New Jersey Small Business Development Center at The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey to present “Fresh Start Entrepreneurial Training Program,” beginning Oct. 21.
The free six-week program will feature:
• One-on-one instruction from experienced business professionals, group coaching and mentoring
• Twenty hours of individualized small business group coaching
• Twenty-four hours of group/individual mentoring after the classroom training ends
At the conclusion of the program, participants will be able to create a business plan; understand funding resources; develop a marketing plan; understand MIS options for customer relations management; and understand the basics of accounting and finance.
Information Session Planned for Sept. 30:
A “Fresh Start Entrepreneurial Training Program” information session is planned for 5 p.m., Sept. 30, at the Ocean City Free Public Library, 1735 Simpson Ave.
Unemployed or underemployed residents of Atlantic and Cape May counties who have an idea for their own business are encouraged to attend.
