MAYS LANDING — Atlantic Cape Community College will provide information for those looking to earn their degree, begin a new career or enhance job skills at an open house, 5-7 p.m., Nov. 20. This event will be held in J-building at the Mays Landing Campus, 5100 Black Horse Pike.
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet college faculty and staff, apply for admission, learn about financial aid options, and discover how to launch a new career with a college degree or short-term training certificate.
Attendees can also attend break-out sessions that provide an overview of specific areas, including: Aviation, Social Science, Communication, English, English as a Second Language, Accounting, Paralegal Studies, Biology, Nursing, Allied Health, Theater, Math, Financial Aid, NJ STARS, Continuing Education and more.
The Academy of Culinary Arts will hold a separate open house beginning at 6 p.m.
Students who wish to continue their education without leaving the Mays Landing Campus can obtain information about degree completion programs through Rutgers and Fairleigh Dickinson universities.
Atlantic Cape’s transfer agreements with four-year colleges and universities ensure a seamless transition to a four-year bachelor’s degree program. Students can save more than $50,000 in tuition and fees at a four-year college or university by spending their first two years at Atlantic Cape.
