Academy for Notaries will teach participants how to become a valuable employee and better protect their employer’s business. Completion of the full course will include a current year membership with the New Jersey Notary Association, May 17.
Basic Wine Appreciation of the Wines of Cape May County will demonstrate the proper method of tasting, pouring and differentiating among wine varieties. The class will focus on the wineries and viticulture of Cape May County. Must be 21 to attend, April 10.
Exploring Digital SLR Photography 1 will educate participants on what shutter speeds, f stops and ISO mean through hands-on picture taking. Bring your digital SLR camera to class, May 28 and June 4.
Intermediate Italian will improve student’s language skills and further their knowledge of Italian life and culture. Bring textbook from Beginning Italian, eight Wednesdays, April 9-May 28.
Intermediate Spanish will immerse attendants in Spanish culture and conversation, as well as mastering the beginning Spanish basics. Bring textbook from Beginning Spanish, eight Tuesdays, April 8-May 27.
Building a Business in Today’s Economy will offer participants tips, tricks and techniques to start or build their business in today’s economic climate, June 28.
Professional development workshops are offered at the Mays Landing Campus, 5100 Black Horse Pike, Building T; and the Cape May County Campus, 341 Court House-South Dennis Road, in Cape May Court House.
