Atlantic Cape Archery Tournament Raises Funds for Breast Cancer Foundation

Nearly 60 archers participated in a fundraising tournament this month to benefit the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

MAYS LANDING — This month, Atlantic Cape Community College’s nationally ranked archery team hosted “I Shoot for the Girls,” a fundraiser for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, raising $1,180 for the organization. The college was one of many sites to participate in this national fundraiser. A total of 59 archers competed in the event.
Atlantic Cape’s team is led by long-time archers Chad Affrunti of Atco and John Repnicki of Galloway. Atlantic Cape’s archery team has a history of success, producing more than 40 All-America archers and hosting the U.S. Intercollegiate Archery Championships three times.
