COURT HOUSE — The following students graduated from their respective colleges, or were named to the Dean’s List for the spring semester:
Sara Bourgeau of Cape May earned High Honors at the University of New Hampshire for the spring semester, and Kelly Settelen of Ocean City earned Highest Honors.

Drew University awarded the Bachelor of Arts degree to the following students at its 142nd commencement on May 15:
Merion Ellen Read of Ocean City, and Delia K. Barr of Ocean View.
The university also named the following students to its Dean’s List for the Spring semester:
Ms. Delia K. Barr of Ocean View and Caitlin Michele Kelly of Court House.

The following residents earned dean’s list honors for the Spring 2010 semester at Saint Joseph’s University.
John Accardi of Stone Harbor, Danielle Brady of Palermo, and Kathleen MacAllister and Caitlyn McCrosson of Ocean City.

Scott VanDerPool of Seaville, majoring in accounting (Martin J. Whitman School of Management) was named to the Dean’s List at Syracuse University for the spring semester.

The following students were named to Gwynedd-Mercy College’s spring 2010 dean’s list: Jeannine Petro of Ocean City, NJ, who is studying Nursing at the college; David Smith of Court House, NJ, who is studying Elementary, Special Ed and Early Childhood, and Cathleen Towler of Wildwood Crest, NJ, who is studying English Secondary Education at the college.

The following local residents graduated from Seton Hall University:
• David Domenick Costantino, of Marmora, received a Educational Specialist in August 2009 from the College of Education and Human Services at Seton Hall University.
• Robert William Manjrawala, of Palermo, received a BS in Diplomacy and International Relations in December 2009 from the Whitehead School of Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University.
• John Papaspanos, of Wildwood Crest, received a BS in Diplomacy and International Relations in December 2009 from the Whitehead School of Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University.
• Victoria Ashley Browning, of Ocean View, received a Bachelor of Science in May 2010 from the College of Arts and Sciences at Seton Hall University.
• Jeannine A. Rinck, of Woodbine, received a Master of Arts in Education in May 2010 from the College of Education and Human Services at Seton Hall University.
The following local residents made the Spring 2010 Dean’s List at Seton Hall University:
• Kelsey Bettina Nahan, of Cape May, College of Arts and Sciences at Seton Hall University.
• Katlin Elizabeth Kocher, of Cape May, College of Education and Human Services at Seton Hall University.
• Michele E. Robinson, of Wildwood, Whitehead School of Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University.

The following local residents have been named to the spring 2010 Dean’s List at University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Selection for this award is based on completing and passing all assigned courses with no grade below a “C” and attaining an academic average of at least 3.4 for courses taken in the spring semester of 2010.
Dean Wetty of Court House, a doctor of pharmacy student and Kaitlin DuRoss of Sea Isle City, a doctor of physical therapy student.

The following students were named to the Marist College Dean’s List for the spring 2010 semester.
Nicole Kuhar and Olivia K. McMahon of Ocean View.

Keely M. Weinberger was named to the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey Dean’s List for Spring 2010. She is majoring in Environmental Science, a junior in the upcoming 2010-2011 college year.

Kristina B. Cerracchio of Woodbine was named to the Dean’s List for Spring 2010: at the University if Hartford.

Wildwood Crest resident, Morgan Ridler, was named to Dean’s List at Florida Institute of Technology. Ridler is a Ocean Engineering major.

Crystal Chavanne, a junior anthropology major, was named to the Dean’s List at California State University, Monterey Bay for the spring semester. She is the daughter of Tom and Judy Chavanne of Sea Isle City and a 2007 graduate of Ocean City High School.

Richard Aubrey Way graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design. Way earned a Prof Master of Architecture degree in architecture.

Joseph DiCicco of Cape May Court House Named to Dean’s List at Frostburg State University

Laura Gable of Cape May graduated from Drexel’s Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Co-op program, she had already spent three years getting valuable on-the-job training.

John Papaspanos, a native of Wildwood Crest, N.J. and recent Seton Hall University graduate, will be traveling to Greece as a Fullbright Scholarship winner for 10-months during the 2010-2011 academic year. Upon completing his undergraduate work at the Whitehead School of Diplomacy and International Relations, Papaspanos accepted the prestigious research grant to study European energy policy. Papaspanos is the fourth Seton Hall Fulbrighter this year, and the University’s 10th overall.
