Tim Lucas to Speak at Ocean City Tabernacle

OCEAN CITY – Lucas is lead pastor of Liquid Church, a ministry that began as a Sunday School class of 12 people in 1999. As one of New Jersey’s fastest growing churches, about 3,000 attend each Sunday at four locations and on line. Expect an unforgettable Biblical sermon in an unexpected context.
At 7:00 p.m., Recording artist Steve Green presents music in the morning services and a complete concert at 7 p.m. He has 20 CDs in English, 6 in Spanish (his parents were missionaries in South America), and 3 CDs specifically for children.
There will be two identical services at 8:30 and 10:30 a.m. You will see some familiar faces including Greg Field, who will lead the 8:15 and 10:15 a.m. pre-service hymn singing along with Jeff Seals on the organ and Carolyn Lothian at the piano.
There are also some new people you will want to meet. Rick Carlson is the new President/CEO of the Ocean City Tabernacle and Moorlyn Family Theatre. Curt Cloninger, is a professional actor, writer and storyteller. He will also be involved throughout the season.
Child care is available for ages 3 and younger in the Noah’s Ark nursery both morning and evening services. Children’s Worship is available for kids K through 4th grade both morning services and a Jr. High class 5th through 8th grade is offered at the 10:30 a.m. service.
Everyone is welcome. Come in your vacation clothes. Sunday events at the Tabernacle are by contribution only; tickets are not needed. Parking is free on the Tabernacle grounds for anyone attending worship services or concerts.
