COURT HOUSE – Tutoring Tuesday is now Tutoring Tuesday Plus! After 7 successful summers of providing FREE one-on-one tutoring in reading for the younger children, the CCL is excited that now there is something special for the older children.
Registrations are now being accepted for children who have completed kindergarten, 1st or 2nd grade. Tutoring Tuesday Plus is for students who have completed 3rd or 4th grade to help them with their critical thinking skills.
Our tutors are certified teachers who volunteer their time to help the younger children maintain or improve their reading skills or for the older children to have them develop their critical thinking.
The hour long sessions will begin July 5th and will continue for 8 Tuesdays. Morning and evening sessions are available BUT prior registration is required.
