STONE HARBOR — The Churches of Seven Mile Island, Stone Harbor /Avalon, will hold their annual inter-faith Thanksgiving Service on Sun., Nov. 21, 7:30 p.m. at Our Saviour Lutheran Church, Third Ave. & 92nd St. in Stone Harbor.
A combined choir of the island churches will lead the music and sing an anthem. The Rev. Thomas Lavery, Pastor of The First United Methodist Church of Wildwood Crest, will deliver the sermon. The offering will benefit Family Promise of Cape May County.
Those who attend the service are asked to bring non-perishable food items for a local food pantry. A social will follow in the church’s social hall. All in the community are welcome to attend.
