COURT HOUSE – Calvary Baptist Church is hosting a fundraiser at Burger King in Cape May Court House, NJ on May 26th, 2011 between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. to raisie money to support a humanitarian relief to Guatemala.
Calvary Baptist Church has teamed up with Bethel Ministries International to help provide direct assistance to the women, children, and men of Guatemala that have been devastated by poverty, disease, and natural disasters.
The church is sending a team of 14 people to Guatemala in August. There they will assist in building homes, distributing wheelchairs to the disabled, distributing food, and visiting and providing comfort to disabled children who will spend their lifetime institutionalized.
Come and dine at Burger King on Thursday, May 26th between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. and enjoy live music and learn more about this mission effort and the people of Guatemala. Burger King will donate to Calvary Baptist Church for this work 20% of all proceeds earned during this time.
