Szegda spent her childhood summers at the shore vacationing at her family’s Avalon and Ocean City beach houses. She earned a degree in marketing and business administration from LaSalle University. Upon graduation, she intended to spend one last summer at the shore but fell in love with the lifestyle. She became a full time resident and 15 years later she has not looked back.
Szegda has a keen knowledge of the entire Jersey Shore area. She began her real estate career in 2001 with another local firm. As a co-owner of Marabella’s Family Restaurant in Stone Harbor she understands the meaning of hard work and dedication. With a background in customer service and marketing and her love of the Seven Mile Island, Szegda looks forward to bringing her knowledge and enthusiasm to the team at Long & Foster.
