AVALON – Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest family-owned residential real estate company in the United States, is pleased to announce that it has opened an annex office in Avalon, located at 2743 Dune Dr.
“The new Avalon annex office will complement and support our existing locations in Avalon and Stone Harbor. We feel this would best serve our clients’ needs whether they are buying, selling or renting a vacation home,” said Mike Mavromates, broker and branch manager of the Avalon office.
Long & Foster’s Avalon office has experienced tremendous growth since its main office opened in March 2013. The annex office will be the new home to more than 15 new agents and support staff.
“Long & Foster is committed to growing our presence in the Coastal region, and this new office allows us to increase our footprint and better serve home buyers and sellers in the Avalon area,” said Terry Spahr, Regional Manager of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Coastal Region. “We’re thrilled to open this new space and have more room for our growing team of agents.”
Opening this additional space aligns with Long & Foster’s plan to continue to expand services in the New Jersey shore market and the company’s long-term strategy to be the leading real estate company in this area of the Mid-Atlantic, according to Gary Scott, president of Long & Foster Real Estate.
“For more than 45 years, Long & Foster has been home to the best-trained, best-equipped agents and leaders in the industry, and we have no doubt that the newly opened Avalon annex office will be a great resource when consumers in the Avalon area are looking to make confident, well-informed buying and selling decisions,” Scott said.
