Homestead Real Estate Welcomes its Newest Full Time Sales Agent, Carly Rallo
A lifelong resident of Cape May, Carly is a 4th generation agent from a real estate family. Attending college in New York City at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, she pursued her love of singing and acting at the collegiate level. After scratching her acting bug, Carly then spent a year living in Denver, Colorado, where she took advantage of the mountains while helping friends open a Bistro restaurant. After experiencing the city and mountains, Carly came home to the beach for good to obtain her real estate license. Armed with over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry and a genuine passion for customer care, Carly is dedicated to providing clients with honest, professional and efficient service.

Homestead Real Estate Welcomes its Newest Full Time Rental Agent, Joanne Deon
Joanne is no stranger to the Jersey Shore, having spent most of her childhood summers here. It was her love for the shore that eventually prompted her to permanently relocate and pursue her real estate license. Joanne brings many years of experience in real estate, with her most recent concentration as a rental specialist. Joanne resides in Anglesea with her fiancé, Joseph, and their blue merle chihuahua, Marchello. Joanne has two sons, Steven and Anthony, that have both recently graduated college. She loves to spend her time peacefully on the beach, cooking and traveling.
