By From deSatnick Real Estate

Marialena “Lena” Recupero, has lived in South Jersey her entire life, first in Washington Township, then Mullica Hill and now in Cape May.
Lena and her husband, Joe, started their construction company in 1985 after graduating from college. Over the past 40 years they have purchased and developed residential properties in Gloucester and Cape May Counties as well as owned, developed, and managed commercial rental properties.
Family is an integral part both of their lives and their children have grown up in the businesses and have taken over the day-to-day operations. Lena was then ready to begin her next chapter when she acquired her Real Estate license. Lena’s knowledge of architecture and design as well as construction has enabled her to envision the full potential of a parcel of real estate and guide clients accordingly.
Thanks to Lena’s lengthy experience working with customers and vendors, she is able to listen and understand clients’ needs and concerns, in addition to working with them to achieve their goals.
Cape May has now been her home for the past 10 years and she embraces all aspects of this unique shore community. Lena has spent summers with family “down the shore” with properties in the Wildwoods, Diamond Beach, and Cape May. As part of the DeSatnick Real Estate team, Lena is confident that she can assist you with all of your real estate needs.
