By Press Release

AVALON – Long & Foster Real Estate, the largest family-owned residential real estate company in the United States, welcomes Eric Montanari Jr. to its Avalon office in Avalon, N.J. Montanari will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.
“We are very excited and fortunate to have Eric join our team of highly trained professionals,” said Michael Mavrotmates, manager of the Avalon office. “The combination of Long & Foster and Eric’s unique skills and knowledge will no doubt provide the highest level of service to local buyers and sellers.”
Montanari moved to Avalon full time after graduating from Penn State last May. He received a bachelor’s degree in education and minored in both economics and political science. Montanari obtained his teaching certification to pursue a career as an educator prior to joining the real estate industry.
Montanari is very familiar with both the Avalon and Stone Harbor areas of Seven Mile Island. His family owns the Fishin’ Pier Grille in Avalon and Montanari will be playing a major role in the opening of their newest restaurant, Fishin’ Pier Grille South, in Stone Harbor this spring. With Montanari’s education and background, he works to create a positive experience for both sides of the property transaction, resulting in a business approach that is direct and successful.
“We are pleased to welcome Eric to the Long & Foster family,” said Terry Spahr, regional manager of Long & Foster Real Estate’s Coastal Region. “Our commitment to our agents and their clients is a top priority, which has enabled us to grow to become the place where more and more of the most innovative, successful and talented agents – like Eric – choose to call home.”
