DEVON, PA – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) Fox & Roach congratulates a select group of Sales Associates and Employees on receiving the Company Designated Trainer (CDT) designation by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Recipients earned the CDT designation by successfully completing this tier of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Instructor Development Program. 
The following Jersey Shore Sales Associates have completed the coursework and made a commitment to deliver exceptional training within the company: Maria Sacco-Handle, Brigantine Office, Steven Schafer, Northfield Office and Donald Westbridge, Ocean City-Battersea Office. This program combines virtual training, self-study and individual assignments in a four-week program focused on providing trainers practical skills and practice activities to help raise the level of training design and delivery proficiency. “This designation is an important indicator of the quality of training professionals within our network,” said Joan Docktor, President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach. “All our recipients worked hard to earn this designation and we are all proud of their accomplishments.”
