Philadelphia Flyers Community Caravan Rolls into Ocean City Aug. 8

OCEAN CITY — The Philadelphia Flyers Community Caravan will visit Ocean City 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tues., Aug. 8, at the basketball courts on the beach block of Sixth Street.
The event is free and open to fans of all ages.
Three Flyers alumni – Brad Marsh, Todd Fedoruk and Doug Crossman – are currently confirmed to attend. The Caravan is part of a new initiative to promote the sport of ice hockey and support youths across the region. Each stop in the family-fun series includes an inflatable rink hosting alumni-run clinics and shoot-arounds, inflatable games and activities, tailgate games, a bungee run, interaction with Flyers Ice Girls and Fun Patrol members, and more.
