COURT HOUSE – The Cape May County Office of Disability Services is now accepting nominations for the 2011 Outstanding Service Recognition Award. The purpose of this award is to acknowledge individuals, organizations and/or businesses for their various contributions to improving the quality of life for individuals with disabilities living in Cape May County. The award is intended to recognize those who go above and beyond, on any scale, for individuals with disabilities.
The winner of the 2011 Outstanding Service Recognition Award will be honored at the Cape May County Community Disabilities Awareness Day event, which is being held this year on Nov. 12 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Avalon Community Center in Avalon.
