YEAGER, BEATRICE A.

YEAGER, BEATRICE A., 86, of Cape May Court House and formerly of Avalon and Westmont, NJ, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2013 at Emeritus Cape May. Born Nov. 24, 1927 in Camden, NJ, “Bea” was the seventh child of Rudolph and Bertha (nee Hirth) Yeager. Bea spent most of her life in Camden County before relocating to Avalon in 1993. Through “her boys” Bea grew into an avid sports fan hardly ever missing a televised Philadelphia 76ers, Eagles, Phillies or Flyers game. And for many years she was a fixture on the sidelines at Middle Township High School boys soccer and basketball games where she was affectionately known by everyone as “Aunt Bea”. She is survived by many relatives including her sister-in-law Mary Yeager of Gloucester Twp., nieces Susan (James) Waters of Sea Isle City, Diana Recuperio and Mary (Caesare) Cosenza, nephews Jack (Pat) Keenan of Galloway Township, Bob (Joyce) Bohlman of Hammonton and Dave (Monica) Coskey of Avalon. She was predeceased by her parents as well as sisters Bertha Keenan and Ruth Bohlman and brothers Rudolph, Robert, Bernard and William Yeager.
