Frank was employed at Tonys Produce. Preceded in death by his wife Ronna (2011) and his parents. Surviving are his loving children Michelle (Daniel) Gilliam, Jennifer Velardi and Justice(Sasha) Velardi. Brother of Anthony (Debi) Velardi and Michael (Sue) Velardi. Loving grandfather of Tejay Gilliam, Devin Velli, Joshua Velli, George Velli, Savannah Velli, Arisia Velardi and great-grandfather of Conner Gaghan-Velli, Sophia Gaghan, and Callie Gilliam. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
