TRUNFIO, LORRAINE E. (nee Freitag), age 88, of North Cape May passed away peacefully Tuesday, April 8, 2014 at her home. Lorraine was born in Philadelphia, PA and has been a Cape May area resident since 1987, living for many years in Villas. She was a retired supervisor for Smith, Kline, & French in Philadelphia where she worked for over 30 years. Lorraine was a member of the Federation Club of Villas, the Italian-American Club of Villas, and she enjoyed playing cards and bingo at the Millman Center in Villas. She was preceded in death by her husband Anthony J Trunfio in 1996. Lorraine is survived by her sons: Anthony (Maryellen) Trunfio & Jim (Jo-Ann) Trunfio; eight grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM on Friday, April 11, 2014 at the Parish of St John Neumann, St Raymonds RC Church, Ocean & Bayshore Rd, Villas, NJ 08251; where friends will be received from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Cape May County Veterans Cemetery, 127 Crest Haven Rd, Cape May Court House, NJ 08210.
