TROUPE, ANTHONY JOHN, 55, of Rio Grande, NJ, passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2017. Born in Philadelphia, he moved to Cape May County 30 years ago from the Kensington section of Philadelphia. He was a member of St. Boniface Church and was a North Catholic High School graduate Class of 1979. Anthony is survived by his children, Shannon Troupe Hamilton and Anthony Troupe; his longtime friends, Stephen Loiseau and Kenny Rhoades; neighborhood friends from Towey Recreation Center; and the Young family.
