TOZER, KEVIN R., 51, of Burleigh, NJ, passed away March 9, 2014. He was born in Sea Isle City to Ralph and Shirley Tozer and has lived his life in Cape May County. He worked as a Foreman Master Mechanic for Arthur Henry for 20 years and was a member of Union Local #825. Along with his parents, he is predeceased by his brother Brian Tozer and sister Beverly Tozer. Kevin is survived by his daughter, Melonie (Bill Wardlow) Tozer; his fiance, Pamela Manalo; sisters Audrey Tozer and Sandra Montgomery; 7 nephews and 2 nieces; and a grandson on the way: Landon Kevin Wardlow. Kevin leaves behind a host of great friends who will miss him dearly. Funeral Services will be on Monday, March 17, 2014 at 3 p.m. at Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Ave., Cape May Court House, NJ 08210. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Interment will be in Calvary Baptist Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Kevin’s name to the American Cancer Society, P.O.
