SMITH, PHILLIP C., 74, of Woodbine, passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2013 at Cape Regional Medical Center. He was born in North Wildwood to the late Robert Clemons and Rachel Smith and lived most of his life in this area. He enjoyed fishing. Mr. Smith is survived by his children, Jacqueline (Curtis) Fitzpatrick, Phillip (Adelina) Mitchell, and Kevin Jackson; and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and special nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joan A. Smith; and his sons, Ricky Toney, Tyrone Jackson, and Tony Jackson. Funeral services will be held on Monday, September 16, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, where viewing will begin at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in Woodbine Cemetery.
