SHEDLOSKI, LEON, 87, of Cape May Court House, NJ passed away March 9, 2017. He was born in Hudson PA, later moved to Camden NJ and retired to Cape May Court House in 1985. Leon was a Veteran in the US Army. He married his high school sweetheart Elsie Weingard in 1951. He attended Glassboro State College where he got his teaching degree and furthered his education with a Masters degree from Rutgers College. He began his teaching profession in 1959 and later became a principal of Chews Landing School in Gloucester Township. Leon was predeceased by brother, Joseph Shedloski, sister Mary Gore, brothers, Walter Shedloski and Edward Shedloski, and wife Elsie Shedloski (formerly Weingard). He is survived by children: Kathleen (Bruce) Shivers and Karen Makowski; grandchildren: Christopher (Jennifer) Shivers, Stephanie (Jeremy) Kehoe, Jennifer Makowski, Ryan Shivers and Katie Makowski; great grandchildren: Jayci Shivers, Landon Shivers and Harper Kehoe; and niece Sandra Cupp {Gore}. Funeral service will be on Monday March 13, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Ave., Cape May Court House, NJ 08210.
