ROWLAND, JAMES J., 91, of Stone Harbor, NJ and Marco Island, FL, passed away on Monday, September 18, 2017. He is survived by his son, James J. Rowland, Jr.; his daughter, Maureen E. Fischer (Bill); his sister, Rosemary Peters; three grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be held in the spring of 2018.
