REYNOLDS, WILLIAM C.

REYNOLDS, WILLIAM C., of Stone Harbor, beloved father of Margaret Reynolds and Susan Reynolds and beloved grandfather of Alex Reynolds, died at Cape Regional Medical Center on June 29, 2010. He was in no pain. A graduate of Friends Select School and Guilford College, he taught History at Mercer County Community College for 35 years until his retirement to his home at the Jersey Shore in Stone Harbor several years ago. A member of the Yacht Club of Stone Harbor for many years, he was on the sailing patrol committee. He was an avid fisherman, sailor, boater and NASCAR fan. An accomplished chef, carpenter and bridge player, he lived his retirement enjoying these activities. In addition, he liked to travel and visited New Orleans many times in his retirement years.
