RENNIE, ELIZABETH E.

RENNIE, ELIZABETH E., 83, of Avalon, passed away on Monday, June 17, 2013. Born in Philadelphia to the late Samuel and Elizabeth (Scarborough) Foster, she moved to Avalon in 1979. She was a member of St. Brendan the Navigator Parish Maris Stella Church, the Avalon Garden Club, and the Ladies Auxiliary of Cape Regional Medical Center. She was also on the Board of Trustees of Volunteers In Medicine. Mrs. Rennie loved to do crossword puzzles and watch game shows. She enjoyed travelling with her husband, the late William T. Rennie, Jr., and family. She loved attending the Bill Rennie Memorial Golf Classic every year. Her greatest love was spending time with her grandchildren. Mrs. Rennie is survived by her sons, Michael and wife Holly Rennie, Jim and wife Joanne Rennie, John and wife Sue Rennie, Paul and wife Christine Rennie, Robert and wife Maureen Rennie, and Joe and wife Jodi Rennie; her fifteen grandchildren, Michael, Casey, Tom Lucchesi, Eric, Alex, John, Jason, Monica, Robert, Delanie, Liam, Meghan, Colleen, Joseph, and Patrick; two great grandchildren, Harper Quinn and Lawson John. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Diane Mitchell, and son, William T. Rennie, III. Funeral Mass will be said on Friday, June 21, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Brendan the Navigator Parish Maris Stella Church, 50th Street and Dune Drive, Avalon, where visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. Interment will be in St. Marys Cemetery, Cold Spring. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mrs. Rennies memory may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. Condolences at www.radzieta.com
