REA, WILSON LAKE, 91

REA, WILSON LAKE, 91 of Dias Creek, passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 11, 2017. He was born in West Cape May on August 25, 1925 to Mr. and Mrs. Grover Cleveland Rea. He was predeceased in 2016 by his wife of 67 years, Helen Jane Weatherby. As a teenager, Wilson was a member of the Cape May Beach Patrol where he loved to be near the ocean. He loved fishing and boating, it was a lifelong passion. In 1943, during his senior year of high school he was drafted into the military where he would serve in the United States Navy. Continuing with military service Wilson was a member of the New Jersey National Guard. In 1984, Mr. Rea retired as a Chief Switchman Supervisor from the New Jersey Bell Telephone Company after 37 years of employment. Wilson is survived by his children Steven W. Rea of Florida, Roxanne Dunkelberger, (James), three grandchildren, Lauren Foley, (Shaun), James Dunkelberger, Marc Dunkelberger, (Megan). Three great-grandchildren are Christian James Foley, Juliana Lee Dunkelberger and Marc Wilson Dunkelberger,Jr.
