RAMBO, WILLIAM J. “BILLY” of North Cape May, age 21, was found deceased by authorities on May 1, 2010 in Ventura, California. Billy was born on July 29, 1988 in Phila. He was raised by his mother in Phila. until her death & then moved to Deerfield Beach, Florida with grandparents. He was a graduate of Lower Cape May Regional High School. Billy is predeceased by his mother, Anne M. Rambo. Surviving are his father, Joseph LaPera of Phila., grandparents William J. and Claire Marie of North Cape May; Uncles Mark M. Rambo of Mullica Hill, NJ and his wife Sandi; Paul D. Rambo of North Cape May and Aunts Barbara A. Keegan of North Cape May and Judy Glynn Cook of Lake Tahoe, CA., husband Marv. Cousins Jesse Rambo, Paul Rambo, wife Ashley, Vincent Rambo, Colleen Glynn, Caitlin M. Keegan & Edward Keegan IV. He was also survived by many friends. A private ceremony for immediate family will be held for Billy.
