RAFF, TONI

Toni Raff, of Cape May Court House, NJ, went to be with our Lord on August 9, 2022 at 3:30 a.m. Toni lived in Cape May Court House, New Jersey since 1967. She was predeceased by her first-born daughter Darlene Mae Millard. Surviving are her children Bonnie Millard, Douglas Millard, Tammy (Ronnie) Winter and Tracey (John) Castle. She was blessed with 13 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson.Our mother’s greatest gift was to be in the center of a loving family. She was the matriarch of our family. She loved our Lord and thanked him daily for walking along side of her.
