PROUD-GIORDANO, PAMELA F., age 42, of North Cape May passed away suddenly Thursday, January 16, 2014. Pamela was born in Cape May Court House and has been a life-long area resident. She is the daughter of Deborah (Walker) and Edward Proud. Pamela was a 1989 graduate of Lower Cape May Regional High School. She was employed with Holy Redeemer Hospice, Oceana Nursing Home, and enjoyed her last job as a stay at home grandmother. Pamela was a member of the Seashore Community Church of the Nazarene. She was everyones Guardian Angel and was loved by everyone. Pamela is survived by her husband of 5 years Steven, her daughter Ashlyn (John Styer) Knudsen of Villas; her son Ryan Lewis of North Cape May, and her daughter Brooklyn Lewis of North Cape May; and her two grandchildren: Chloee & Lylah. Also surviving are her parents Edward & Deborah Proud; her sister Natalie (Eric) Proud-Bostard of Rio Grande; her brother Edward (Dawn) Proud of Villas; father & mother-in-law Robert & Cathy Giordano; sister-in-law Sandra Blatchford; brother-in-law Scott Giordano; numerous aunts, uncles, and many loving friends. There will be a funeral service at 11:00 Am on Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at Seashore Community Church of The Nazarene, 446 Seashore Rd, Erma, NJ; where friends will be received from 9:30 to 11:00 AM. CURRAN RICHARD J. (Rip) 1944-2024 Richard J. Curran, 80, of Wildwood Crest, N.J., passed away peacefully on November 19, 2024. Born in Somers Point, N.J., he was a local resident for 80 years.
