PRIGGEMEIER, HELEN F., age 98, of North Cape May passed away peacefully Monday, January 4, 2016 at North Cape Center. Helen was born July 8, 1917 in Philadelphia, PA; formerly lived in Mt Ephraim, NJ; and has been a Cape May area resident since 1978. She is the daughter of the late William and Anna (Krogman) Niemeyer. Helen was a former member of the Eastern Star of Collingswood, NJ and a current member of the Cape May United Methodist Church. She was predeceased by her husband, Edward Priggemeier Jr. in 2006, her sister Margaret Erb, and her brother William A Niemeyer, Jr. Helen is survived by one daughter: Harriet (Robert) Fortescue of Red Bank, NJ; two grandchildren: Robert E & Jeffrey Fortescue; and two great-grandchildren: Ryan & Chase Fortescue.
