POWERS, JOHN J. Jack, age 56, of North Cape May passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at Cape Regional Med. Center. Born in Philadelphia and formerly of Yeadon, PA; he has been a Cape May area resident for 40 years. Jack was a graduate of Devon Prep in Wayne, PA. He was a self employed General Contractor. Jack enjoyed playing golf and fishing. He is survived by his wife of 33 years Rita (nee Unkelbach) Powers; his parents John & Frances Powers of Cold Spring, NJ; his son Jack Powers of Cape May; and his sister France (Mark) Gilmour of Mickleton, NJ. There will be a funeral service at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 12, 2013 at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
