PLUTA, EDWARD S., JR., age 67, of North Cape May passed away Sunday, January 3, 2016 at Cape Regional Medical Center. Edward was born November 3, 1948 in Philadelphia, PA. He is the son of the late Edward S Pluta, Sr. and Florence (Moderski) Pluta. He was a Supervisor at various casinos including Trump Marina in Atlantic City for over 25 years. Edward was a member of Stella Maris K of C 3546 of Erma, a 4th Degree member of Msgr. Moorney Assembly of Wildwood, and of the Mummers Comic Division for many years. He is survived by his wife of 43 years Delores (nee Hugg) Pluta; his daughter Crystal (Frank) Mittleberger of North Cape May; and his three brothers: Richard (Marie), Randall (Peggy), & Jaime (Maria) Pluta. Also surviving are his three grandchildren: David, Sierra, & Logan; his mother Florence (nee Moderski) Pluta; along with several nieces & nephews. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM Thursday, January 7, 2016 at the Parish of St John Neumann, St John of God RC Church, 680 Townbank Rd, North Cape May, NJ 08204; where friends will be received from 10:00 to 11:00 AM.
